Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Perform a range of accounting and analytical tasks in addition to interpreting financial reports and data to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Oversee accounting operations for service units and overhead units
  • Prepare and distribute customized financial reports by established monthly deadlines while ensuring for the quality, timeliness and integrity of data
  • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Collaborate with senior management of service units to produce detailed, monthly analytical reports including variance reports and trend analysis
  • Evaluate monthly financial results with CFO and unit leaders, noting business results and trends
  • Serve as a key contributor in assuring adherence to monthly financial closing schedule (within 10 business days)
  • Provide support for the monthly forecasts and annual budgets
  • Assist with monthly board reports and act as a resource during the annual audit

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution with a concentration in Accounting
  • 1-3 years of related accounting experience
  • CPA is preferred
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Epicor and FRx software is a plus
  • Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
